Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @AJ777. It's marvellous to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about dishwasher operation.
It sounds like there could be a broken mechanism or an obstruction preventing the dishwasher drawer from sliding out. First, inspect the components, such as the rails, drawers, and any other moving parts, to see if anything is visibly damaged or blocking the slide-out action. If you can't identify the issue or it seems more complex, it might be worth reaching out to the manufacturer or a technician to assess the situation and potentially resolve the problem.
If this were a dishwasher you purchased through us, I'd be more than happy to reach out to the manufacturer for you.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi @AJ777
If you're referring to the internal drawers then follow @MitchellMc advice. But it sounds like you're referring to the dishwasher itself not being able to be pulled back out of the cavity?
If this is the case, is there clearance on the side and top of the machine? If there isn't any on the top, you may need to lower the adjustable feet as per the owners manual. It could also be the connecting plumbing hose restricting movement so check that. And sometime it might just need a little more leverage. Open the door and carefully see if you can use it as leverage to move the machine left/right. This might be just what it needs to unstick the rubber feet as you pull it forward.
