Steps
Step 1
1/7Step 1: Sand all sides to take the shine off the melamine boards and to create a rough surface
Step 2
2/7Step 2: create Textured door by applying an undercoat of primer paint.
Step 3
3/7Step 3: apply plaster paste to entire door and smooth out.
Step 4
4/7Step 4: use a texture roller to create a pattern.
Step 5
5/7Step 5: Once dry stand plaster until smooth and paint with top coat
Step 6
6/7Step 6: for the sides of the cabinets, I used a paintable wallpaper that was embossed. Prime the sides with undercoat of paint and apply wallpaper then paint with topcoat
Step 7
7/7Step 7: add pvc trim to sides of cabinets to prevent wallpaper from coming off

A very classy update indeed @naz1!
You have added some much needed pizazz to your pantry cabinets by using a very cool textured roller technique and painted embossed wallpaper. Was there a particular textured roller you would suggest to someone looking to create this look?

The roller I used is an old roller I already had in my shed. I can't remember where I bought it from, it was so long ago. But I think any texture roller would work
