I placed a hot pan on the counter top and noticed these burn marks
Can I use something to remove them ?
Is it possible to remove them and how ?
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Shivanir. It's terrific to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about removing brun marks.
If this is a laminate benchtop, then you'll unlikely be able to remove the mark. You could try lightly cleaning the area with an abrasive cleaner such as Gumption which might help diminish the marks appearance. However, excessively using an abrasive cleaner will cause scratches and damage. Laminate it like a printed image, and there's only so much you can remove before going through it.
I recommend taking a look at this best advice article: How do you fix burn marks on laminate? Within it you'll find directions to painting your benchtop, which is likely the only way to cover these brun marks.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
