Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @marknorman. It's fantastic to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about fixing a leaking tap.
If this leak is coming from around the tap handle, then it looks like the mixer cartridge needs replacing. You'll need to take the cartridge to your nearest Bunnings store so a helpful team member can help you match it up.
To access the cartridge, you'll need to remove the tap handle. This is done by locating and undoing a small grub screw with an allen key. The grub screw is likely hidden under a small plastic cap or behind the pin lever handle, which can be unscrewed.
