we have some very old lattice here that is falling apart and they don’t have the same dimensions with the stuff that they’ve already got made up. Is it too hard to remake lattice against the wall

You could recreate the lattice, but it would cost more to build one from scratch. The 31 x 11mm 5.4m H3 Primed Pine DAR Moulding is currently priced at $11.24 at 5.4m. By the time you reach 10 pieces you're looking at well over $100 already. The Lattice Makers 1800 x 600mm Unpainted Expandable Trellis is not the right size, but you can line them up in a series with timber support between them. This will save you time when replacing your lattice cover.
Another option is to upgrade your cover to SpecRite 1800 x 902mm Pre-Oiled Merbau Alternating Slat Fence Panel it is more robust and will provide a much longer service life than the lattice.
