I'm sorry to hear that your plant is not in the best condition. Looking at your photo it seems two things are happening at the same time. It seems like you've got a fungal infection happening and insects are eating your leaves.
I suggest using Eco-Fungicide along with Eco-Organic Garden 100ml Eco-Neem Concentrate. You can create a two-in-one organic insecticide and fungicide by adding eco-oil at its regular strength (5-10ml per litre) to the eco-fungicide solution. Please make sure to read the mixing directions at the back of the packaging. Remember to spray not only the top of the plant but the bottom of the leaves as well.
