Hi
What is this weed and how I can treat it?
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @amirrafique. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about lawn grass.
That's not a weed as such, but a type of grass called Sir-Walter Buffalo. I presume you're referring to it as a weed, as it is dissimilar to the rest of your lawn. If so, you can pull it out by hand or paint it with a herbicide applicator and Zero. Be careful not to paint your surrounding grass as it will kill that too.
Please let me know if you have further questions.

@MitchellMc Thank you so much for your response. I am new to Lawns and trying to learn. Can you please advise my on the following too? is it type of grass or Weed
That looks like a bit of a mixture of grasses, @amirrafique. You can see the wider taller blades and the thinner blades mixed through. I'd suggest that the taller grass is likely your lawn that has become spindly as it's grown too long, and the thinner-bladed grass is an infill seed mix that's been used to fill in sections.
I'd suggest giving the lawn a good mow and seeing what it looks like then.
