Hi team,
I have Tahiti lime plant bought from bunning; my plant is not growing well. I have noticed leaves are falling off due to yellowish silverish color in leaf. I have visited store in Marsden Park and staff recommended me to use ant killers which I did but no output and also bought citrus fertilizer in liquid form but not output. Really frustrated. I joined to this workshop so I can be directed to right person with right information. Could you please help me to choose right fertilizer and solutions. Much appreciated for your response.
thanks
sandy
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @sandhya11. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about citrus care.
It would be great if you could share some photos of your lime tree, especially any leaves showing discolouration. That will help us get a better idea of what might be going on. Let me know if you need assistance uploading images.
Could you also provide some details on how you’ve been caring for the plant? How often do you water it, and is it in a pot or planted in the ground? Also, which citrus fertiliser have you used, when did you apply it, and how much did you use? Simply adding more fertiliser won’t necessarily help, so it’s important to understand what’s been done so far.
In the meantime, you might find this article on How to treat a sick citrus tree helpful.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
