Is the Ryobi 18" 4ah mower ($499) mulch capable?

I note that the product manual for the Ryobi 36V 4.0Ah 18" Brushless Mower Kit mentions it comes with a mulch plug, which means it is able to recycle the lawn clippings back into the blade area for repeated cutting and eventually deposited into the lawn as fine mulch.
