Replacement blade for Ozito mower?

I have a ozito PXC 18v lawn Mower and want to replace the blade. However, I cannot find any blade available in bunnings.    Any suggestions guys?

Spare parts for you Ozito PXC 18v lawn Mower can be ordered from the Special Orders desk at your local Bunnings Warehouse. There's been a few different models of PXC series lawnmowers, so make sure you supply the team member with your model number when requesting the new blade.

I ordered and paid for an Ozito 335mm replacement blade 4 weeks ago and Bunnings have never contacted me once about it. I went into the Stafford Qld store and asked about it and they said the supplier hadn't responded to Bunnings's order. Really poor customer service, they haven't been bothered to chase it up. I had to purchase one from ebay for triple the price. This is quite concerning that Bunnings seem to not care about their customers.
