Ozito Line Trimmer PXLTS-1830 - Missing Spool and Springs

Hello wonderful folks!

I have got an Ozito Line Trimmer PXLTS-1830 that has been a trusty companion until I managed to lose the spool and springs (argh). I have been on the hunt for replacements but haven’t had any luck on the Bunnings or Ozito websites.

Does anyone here happen to know where I can find these parts? I would be super grateful for any tips or advice!

Hate that "twang" sound when something decides to leave or you place it down then turn around to only find that its gone! How, just how does that happen!

Have you tried the special orders desk at Bunnings? They are pretty good at sourcing the parts that people want.

Just went trolling around the Ozito page and found this Ozito spare parts and they reference the "Special orders team" at Bunnings so I would suggest thats heading the right path. 

I will tag @EricL and @MitchellMc  as they have more knowledge of product lines as well.

It is awesome to hear from someone who understands the pain of that “twang” sound! 😅 It’s like the spool and springs just decided to take a vacation without me!
