Lawn recovery with seeds
Hi everyone,
Thought I’d share my little lawn project from the last 4 weeks. Basically the kids dug a massive hole in the lawn and played in it all the time with their toy diggers. 😅
We are getting our house ready for sale so I fixed it up using a $6 box of all purpose lawn seed from Bunnings. I filled the hole in with some sand and topped it with some top soil and then just sprinkled over the seeds.
The pics attached are exactly 4 weeks apart. The bare batch is now almost completely filled in (also due for a mow).

Re: Lawn recovery with seeds
What a fantastic repair job on the lawn. That all-purpose lawn seed blends in perfectly with your existing turf. I was expecting the seeds to take much longer, it's amazing how fast it grows in just four weeks.
Thanks for sharing that lawn recovery project.
