Re: How to revive unwell succulents?
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Ellie2. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about succulent care.
It sounds like your succulents might be dealing with some issues. To help diagnose the problem, could you please provide a bit more information? How long have the plants been in their current location, do they receive direct sunlight and for how many hours? If they've been recently moved from a shady spot to one that receives direct sunlight, this could be the cause of the damage. Also, could you let us know about your watering routine—how often do you water them, and when was the last time you watered? As a rule of thumb, you should let the soil dry out before watering succulents again.
Here's a helpful guide: How to plant and care for succulents.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Re: How to revive unwell succulents?
Thanks for your response Mitch, they are 2 pots and. Both located in entrance patio (always were there) good sunlight mist of the year they were flowering couple of months ago, in winter I water once 10 days. I will use your advice about dry soils. The thing is the brownish holes look like a cavity or illness and the white spots I am not sure what are they.
any guess?! I will attach more pics now maybe help.

Re: How to revive unwell succulents?
The brown spots on the leaves are areas that have been damaged previously, or they could be some type of disease, @Ellie2. The section you've circled about appears to be the remains of a flower that has died off. If so, that's no cause for concern and the remnants of the flower can simply be removed.
Have you been experiencing any frosts?
Let me call on our resident gardening expert, @Noelle, to see if she has any thoughts.

Re: How to revive unwell succulents?
Hi @Ellie2
The white spots look like "mechanical" damage, as in perhaps hail damage - is this a possibility? By their very nature, succulents are susceptible to damage like this if exposed to very heavy rain. There's not really anything you can do except perhaps take the pots down and put them under cover temporarily when severe storms are forecast.
Likewise exposure to intensely hot sun may cause sunspot damage.
The brown tips on some of the leaves may be sunburn or perhaps over-watering, as Mitchell mentioned earlier.
