My Ryobi Lawn Edger has died. I have tried other fully charged batteries in it and zip happens. It is an OED1850, so 18 volts clearly and a few years old but not done much work. Where can I go to get it looked at? My nearest Bunnings is in Ipswich Qld. Thanks.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Blinky_Bill. It's terrific to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about Ryobi lawn edgers.
Ryobi tools have a four-year warranty, so if you have your proof of purchase and it's within that time frame, I'd recommend taking it to Bunnings Ipswich. They'll assess it under warranty, and since it's failed, they'll likely just swap it over. If you have trouble finding your receipt, the team at the store can assist in locating it if you paid with a card and know an approximate date of purchase.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
