How to improve the health of my peace lily?
The leaves of my peace lily looks like this:

Hi, for this particular plant to florist, it needs to be in a large, well drained pot. I strongly recommend Bunnings self-watering pots. We have 3 peace Lilly's, 2 in everyday pots & 1 in a large self-watering pot. All 3 are around the same age. The one in the self watering pot is huge by comparison.
Another thing they like is to be dunked in a sink full of fresh water for about 10 minutes. We do this around once a month. We also take them outside for a good hosing, which encourages good growth.
