Welcome to the Workshop community @rafiudsa. Many thanks for your question on garden taps, I'd be happy to assist.
In order to install an additional garden tap, you will need to have copper water pipe plumbed to that location. Generally, there are limited D.I.Y. solutions unless you want to attempt routing water from elsewhere by joining into another line. A plumber can install a copper pipe to the location and then you can have a Kinetic 20mm Garden Tap Post With Tap concreted into the ground. Alternatively, you can have the plumber install the tap directly onto a wall.
