Ground cover for poor soil and no sun
Hi all,
I have two areas in my garden that need ground cover. One area is over the sewer line so if it ever needs repair it needs to have good access to the sewer. The area above the sewer is 10mtrs x 1 mtr and the other area is the same. The area above the sewer line is on the south side, the other is east but neither get any sun. Both areas are mostly clay.
Suggestions please?

Re: Ground cover for poor soil and no sun
Hi @SteveC,
You might like to share some images of the areas so our members have a better idea of what they could suggest.
There are quite a few ground covers that do well in shaded areas including Dianella, Liriope, Dichondra, Lomandra, Ophiopogon, Pratia and Star Jasmine.
You should find this article of interest: 11 ground covers for your garden. You might also like to take a look through all our available ground covers.
Please let me know if you need further assistance or have any questions about ground covers.
