How to fix Aqua System hose reel not retracting?

 Hi my Aqua System Hose reel doesn’t automatically reel the hose anymore, the strap that distributes the hose evently actoss the roller has broken.. Is there any spare parts available in Australia Gold Coast?

Unfortunately, the Aqua Systems hose reels are no longer available, so it could be tough to track down any spare parts. You can get in touch with our Spare Parts team who can see if anything is available, but I'd be surprised if there was anything.

You might like to consider replacing the reel with this Garden Basics 20m Retractable Hose Reel which appears to use a very similar mount.
