How to enclose a carport/patio?

I am wanting to enclose my carport/patio and athen insulate the patio metal roof

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's fantastic to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your question about enclosing your carport.

Before you begin buying materials for your project, I suggest checking with your local council on the rules and regulations for enclosing your carport. Generally, a timber frame is built and a waterproof cladding is installed over the timber frame. But as I mentioned earlier the rules for building the enclosure might be very specific and could possibly involve a draftsperson that needs to sign off on any plans you might have.
