Help identifying a project in Bunnings magazine

Does anyone know where I can find this pull out bench project I seen in the garage makeover in the April catalogue

I've read through the article a few times now and can't find any reference to this wall item being a pull-out bench. They do mention workbenches in the context of including one in the RackIt storage system. However, it looks like it could be a fold-down workbench, so I'll make some enquiries and find out.

The fold-down desk can be found on pages 37 and 38 of the January 2021 edition of the Bunnings Magazine. The magazine includes the steps as well as tools and materials used, so it should contain everything you need to build your own.
