Bench seats made with varnished recycled timber and steel legs from Bunnings.
I made these two benches using old recycled timber which I sanded back and varnished. The legs came from Bunnings!
Used a belt sander to sand back the timber.
Used angle grinder to grind off some protruding metal.
Gave the timber three coats of varnish.
Used the drill to attach the legs to the timber.

Can I ask- what protruding metal was there?
Thank you for sharing
Hi @Dani29
There was some bolts and bolt holes protruding. I’m thinking the timber was originally part of a building!
