A hallway table featuring angled legs that can be easy to create when broken down into small steps.
I built this console table that can be easily adjusted to suit whatever space you are working with. The utility panel I used for this piece is 1200 x 300.
The base is straightforward once you break it down. I wanted the width of the base to match the width of the utility panel, so I went with a 15 degree cut at the bottom.
The top would then be 75 degrees (subtract the bottom cut angle from 90 degrees, so in this case 90 minus 15). I did a mockup in Adobe Illustrator to identify the lengths of the cut based on the dimensions I needed it to be.
It can be surprisingly easy to create an attractive and functional piece of furniture for your home. You'll find loads of inspiration for your next project in our Top 10 most popular indoor furniture projects.
