The project
We were inspired by others on this forum to create a feature wall for our bedroom as the plain white wall was too boring.
Created a design using moulding.
Applied primer.
First coat of paint.
Final look. We like the effect of the yellow lights on the licorice green paint.
Tools and Materials
Tools and materials used in this feature wall project:
- 1 litre Dulux primer
- 2 litres Dulux Licorice Green Low Sheen paint
- Painting supplies – roller, small brush, masking tape
- 8 pieces of MDF moulding, white pencil round, 67 x 12mm x 5.4m
- 250g wood filler putty
- Nail gun
- 50mm nail gun nails, approximately 200
- Saw.
