I would have to see your door to offer more specific advice as the issue could be caused by a variety of things depending on the specific sliding door system and the state it is currently in.
If you can upload some images of the door, the track and any visible hardware, this will greatly assist with troubleshooting. Let me know if you need a hand uploading images, I'm happy to assist.
If your sliding door is getting stuck and won’t open or close properly, it’s likely due to one of these common issues: misalignment, debris in the track, worn rollers, or warping of the door or frame.
Start by inspecting the doors for these issues and reporting back on what you find.
