Seeking solution for leaking connection of toilet P Trap outlet

Hi

Have a leaky toilet when flushing. Even when there is no waste. As the pan connection is hidden away, I had to pull the toilet away from the wall pipe to see what the problem could be. Discovered this: Distorted rubber collar removed from the offset connector rim. NOTE: There is no locking ring collar to hold the rubber in place on the offset connector.

It’s obvious the leak is due to the distorted rubber collar. Thought it would be a simple job, just replace the old collar with the Holman 100mm rubber pan collar.

But the old collar dimension does not seem to match the rubber collar available from Bunnings. The old collar is larger because it needs to fit on the outer rim of the existing offset connector. I don't think it will fit the offset connector (outer rim diameter is 145mm). The rubber collar from Bunnings has outer diameter 140mm.

I have put together a drawing with measurements of the current installation.

Based on the measurements I took (triple checked the measurements just to be sure), it shows that the pan outlet is higher than wall pipe. Why the plumber who did the install (nearly 8-9 years ago) needed to have an offset connector that actually lowers the wall pipe I have no idea.

So, my question is ‘Can I replace all the intermediate coupling and adaptor with just a Kinetic P Trap Pan Connector straight from the pan outlet to the wall pipe?’

Any other suggestions on how I may tackle this job?

Here are some more pictures I took of the dismantled toilet connection:
