Hi, my tap have been installed for 5 months and have now started leaking. Can I please get an advise on how to fix the leak? Thanks in advanced.

Sorry to hear about the leak in your Mondella Black Resonance mixer basin set. To assist you better, we’d need to know where exactly the tap is leaking. If the leak is coming from the tap body, it’s likely that the body washer needs to be replaced. On the other hand, if the leak is coming from the spout, it may indicate that the tap valve or ceramic disc isn’t sealing correctly and could require attention. That tap set has ceramic disc valves, which should last for several years and certainly much longer than 5 months @Mrstone. They might need to be adjusted and tightened, or the seat in your plumbing might need to be re-ground. You'd likely need a plumber to perform an assessment on them. If they are faulty, then our in-store team will look at replacing them for you.
