Hi I wonder if anyone can help or has replaced a vanity in the bathroom where the copper pipes are coming up from the concrete floor through the vanity which makes it harder to remove as it is not just a matter of pulling it out from the wall.
Hi @liesel,
Thank you for your question and welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community.
Without seeing the location of the pipes, it's hard to tell the best method of removing the vanity. If possible, can you upload some photos so our members can offer their best assistance? If you have any trouble uploading images, let me know, I'm more than happy to help.
It's likely that the pipe will need to be cut and capped to allow the vanity to be lifted up and over the pipe. As plumbing is a licenced and regulated industry, I would suggest this work is best carried out by a licenced plumber.
Let me know if you have anything else I can assist with or if you need help uploading images.
