I’m trying to get my laundry up to standard in my old cottage.
currently looking at replacing the tapware in the laundry for the basin. I was originally looking at removing it entirely and using a mixer tap instead and tiling over but it looks like that will be a massive job.
My problems are:
1) I want to replace the tapware above the laundry tub, but they very stuck, I’ve tried WD 40 and still no luck
2) the current slate flooring is in terrible shape, I’ve looked at removing but that not really an option cost wise. I’ve looked into leveler and maybe creating a subfloor but this will add height issues with doors and adjoining bathroom.
Is there any product that can resurface and give it a fresh look or even a better colour?
open to any suggestions also, thank you for any tips 🙂
