Wanting to change the bath tap and need some help please. Tried turning bath tap anti-clockwise and it just keeps on turning.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Natasha1. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about removing a tap spout.
If rotating the spout anti-clockwise does not remove it, it's likely a slip-on variety. When you turn the spout over, so the bottom is facing upwards, can you see a little setscrew? If so, this screw needs to be undone with an allen key. Once the spout is unlocked via that screw, you should be able to pull it straight out off the wall.
Even if there is no screw, you might like to see if it will pull straight off the wall. Don't force it, though. If it doesn't budge, just update us on the situation.
