My shower head's leaking problem is getting worse. I tried to reomve the shower handle to get access to.the mixing cartridge but unable to do so.
I couldn't locate the fixing crew. I tried to pull on the handle, turn the handle clockwise and conter clockwise. Nothing happened as well (I didn't dare to use too much force).
I also tried to use a crew driver and a knife to prime on the gap shown i the photo, couldn't move it

Hello @QxDONG
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about your shower handle.
In order to remove your shower mixer handle the hot and cold indicator must be removed. It is the plastic plug with the blue and red colours on it. Once you remove the indicator, you'll find an access hole where you can insert an Allen key and let you remove the grub screw. Once the grub screw is removed you'll be able to pull the handle off.
I also suggest having a look at this discussion - How to install Estilo tap handle? by @Monty1089. The removal technique is applicable to your shower handle.
