Take out the tile
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @scott6. It's great to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about removing a bracket from a tile.
You'll likely find a small hole somewhere around the bracket's perimeter; that could even be it on top there in your photo. Inside that small hole will be a grubscrew. Once you undo this grubscrew with an allen key, you can remove the bracket cover. Inside, you'll find some fixings to remove the rest of the bracket off the wall.
