Hi All!
I noticed my toilet continues to run water into the bowl after it has flushed. I’m unsure of the brand but after googling the “stylus” on the toilet it seems to possibly be an older model of the caroma stylus? I’ve taken a photo of inside the cistern for reference and from the research I’ve done in this discussion board, it seems to suggest it could be a seating washer issue that might need replacing? I’m not very handy when it comes to toilets but any suggestions or recommendations on the model and the parts that might need replacing would be appreciated!
Thanks for the photos @jhowie23, they should help our resident Bunnings D.I.Y. expert @EricL be able to recommend some products for you. Eric will be back on the site later today to assist.

Hello @jhowie23
Thanks for sharing your question about fixing a water leak in your toilet bowl. I suggest trying a test to determine if the inlet valve or the flushing seal has failed. Turn on the cistern tap and let the bowl fill up. Once it reaches full capacity turn the cistern tap off. Let it settle and give it a few moments. If water continues to flow out of the cistern into the bowl odds are the flushing valve seal needs to be replaced. But if the leak stops it means that the water is going out through the overflow valve and inlet valve needs to be repaired or replaced.
I suggest having a look at this guide - How to fix a leaking toilet. It will show you the general steps necessary to fix a leaking toilet. However, if you feel that it's a bit too involved, I recommend engaging the services of a registered plumber.
