Wondering what i should do to lift the shower door up ? Is it a alignment issue or bottom pivot not able to hold door up? We tried to lift the door up and it seems to solve the problem but we are not sure how to hold the door up permanently. Removed the caps of the pivot cannot see any screw.

Thanks for sharing those extra photos of your hinges. This type of hinge was factory set and probably can only be adjusted by an aluminium trade's person who deals with custom shower builds. I don't recommend applying any force to the glass as it is tempered and if stressed will shatter and break apart.
I recommend engaging the services of a local shower installer and see if they can adjust your shower door for you.
