Bathroom mixer tap handle falls off

Mixer tap handle in shower and bathtub loosen and falls off frequently while using. I have attached a pictures of both shower and bathtub taps for reference. Could someone please suggest a fix? Cheers.

It looks like your taps are missing some pieces that can be replaced with ones from this Kinetic Spout And Handle Repair Kit.

The shower tap looks like you've got the locking nut, you just need a replacement horseshoe washer.

The bathtub tap looks like you'll need both the locking nut and a horseshoe washer.
