There are no screw to tighten the knob to the door, I couldn't find the answer for this type of knob on the forums.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @LesBam. It's amazing to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about loose knobs.
It looks like the connector screws that join the plate on this side of the door to the other side have come loose. You’ll need to unscrew the cover plates (sometimes called rosettes) to access them.
Once the cover plates are removed, you should be able to take the knobs off and get to the joining screws inside. Tighten those screws up firmly, then re-install the knobs and screw the cover plates back into place. That should sort out the loose knob problem.
