New bookmark functionality on Workshop

Hi all,

Happy new year. Hope you are staying safe and well.

We're pleased to add bookmarking functionality to the Bunnings Workshop community site. The feature is based on member feedback and allows you to save your favourite projects, discussions and articles to your own My Bookmarks page. 

To save a post or article to your My Bookmarks page, just click on the bookmark icon next to the thumbs up button. You can also remove your bookmark by clicking on the icon again. 

My Bookmarks is accessible via your member profile page or by clicking on the icon next to your username at the top right corner of any Workshop page. You can then browse your collection by topic or room. 

We trust the new functionality will prove helpful for taking advantage of all the wonderful projects and advice shared by our community members.

Please let us know if you have any feedback about the feature as we continue to improve the Workshop site and make it even more useful for you.

How do you un-bookmark?

Hi @Noyade,

It's the same button that you used to bookmark it in the first place. If you go into the bookmarked discussion the bookmark button will now be an un-bookmark button.

You can also manage your bookmarks in bulk via the My Bookmarks option in your My Settings, which can be accessed via the drop down menu icon next to your username at the top righthand corner of any page on the site.
