Am I the only 1 that finds this group 1 of the most difficult or pointless of all available to use? 

It actually annoys the absolute crap out of me being an Australian with bunnings being the most used store the whole country would utilise at some time. Even those in high rise bedsits. Why is it so unuser friendly and delayed in any activity. I've tried in the last few months to offer some really cheap, environmentally friendly and safer option's to others. I'm realising that others probably don't respond to my questions for the same reasons I waste my time trying to

respond to others and the post is no

longer there, or logged out wants a

new password created. So much marketing completely lost via a group

that's simply not been created for ease

of use. I have a few retired builders

and tradies who are mentally still wanting to help but all have said the

same thing. They read posts, and can

help but not via this group. From when

I joined in 2021 as an owner builder on

acreage, female on my own I wanted

to motivate and share what I was

learning and accomplishing, hopefully

save others via my mistakes etc it's

been way too difficult. It's also like

current modern things sold in

bunnings are not even part of posts. The Kaboodle tutorial for starters, 10yrs old and only partly there. Please,

surely one of the many staff members

you already have working for you are

also studying marketing or advertising

or promotions. I know 2 stores in WA

where there are uni students doing

just this. Both were so full of ideas, working part time at bunnings to put themselves thru uni and

helped for me. That's how I found out

what they were studying. Please utilise

from within and promote them to help

promote this group and therefore the profit margins. Or else we aren't left

much option but to continue with the

wave of other Aussies on the many UK

or American groups. Where it's alot easier and cheaper for people like me to buy their products on line and collect from our PO boxes. Another lost market, rarely do you find a customer that enters bunnings and doesn't come out with more on their list. Even those of us who live 3hrs drive away from a store. You've lost

that audience via this group not

working as it could be. I haven't wanted to go down the online supporting foreign places but I'm not left with much option. There had my say, suspect I'm not alone in why the group isn't being used as it could be. Suspect I'll be frozen out again, but then I wouldn't know if that's simply a glitch again.

I assume you're on a desktop computer writing your replies. If you grab the corner of the text box where I have indicated with a red circle in your screenshot below, you can drag the box to make it bigger.

What's worse @AlanM52, is I was around, probably filled it out - now remember nothing about it. I would be hopeless on the witness stand. 😬

@Jason's tip also works well in Private Messages. 👍

I tried using both Chrome & Edge.

For both mouse pointer changes to what you see but no drag.

That would normally lean left 45° indicating drag me?

Hi @AlanM52 

 

Just double checking, when you placed the mouse over the corner did you press down on the left mouse button and kept it pressed down as you dragged the corner? If not, I suggest giving it another try.

I cleared the Chrome cache and all good now - yay.
